About Sacred Herbs
- I will work with you to set your health goals with small practical steps towards a total sense of well-being.
- I use a blend of naturopathic approaches including traditional herbal medicine, food planning, detoxifications and essential oils to develop personalised health plans.
Wellbeing is waking up refreshed and happy, having clean uninterrupted energy throughout the day, a strong immune system to fight off infections, a healthy digestive system, and being pain free for a starter. You need both physical and emotional health to feel well as each supports the other and neither is complete on its own.
So how can we work towards this goal?
- First of all, good health will always be work in progress.
- It’s not something you do once and can then put away for the rest of your life. However, you do not need to change your whole lifestyle to see results.
- Small changes can make significant improvements to your wellbeing.
- The pillars of good health are Sleep, Food, Movement, Mental Strength, and Treatment as and when needed, and these are the elements we will work on together to put a health plan in place for you.

I am a herbalist, naturopath and aromatherapist based in Ealing, West London.
Herbal Medicine is a natural form of medicine that offering a safe yet effective way of rebalancing the body and restoring vitality by supporting body’s natural healing processes, strengthening the immune system and elimination of toxins. Herbal medicine can be used in conjunction with conventional medical therapies under the supervision of a qualified herbalist who will consider all herb-drug interactions and any safety or contraindications before prescribing.
I follow a naturopathic approach to health using tool such as herbal medicine, food planning, flower remedies, essential oils, and detoxification.
Naturopathy is based on the healing power of nature and the belief that there is a "life force" within each of us that gives our bodies the ability to heal itself and to re-establish harmony. Naturopathy is a holistic approach that considers all aspects of a person’s health, physical, mental and emotional. As each person is unique, a naturopathic approach focuses on treating the person and not the disease and concentrates on identifying and treating the underlying causes and not the symptoms of the disease.
